We are often asked questions like "Where is the factory where this is made?" or "Is this really made by the Amish?".  In response to these questions, and to help our customers understand more about the people who build their furniture, we have decided to begin a series of "producer profiles" about the  men and women behind Simply Elegant Amish Made Furniture.  To begin the series, we'd like to share some general information about the builders we work with.   

 

Mix or Match furniture?

     A very frequent question we hear at the store is whether to match wood and stain exactly with a pre-existing group of furniture or to mix things up in décor. This can be a stressful situation to resolve on any furniture purchase, especially if you’re moving into a new place with different color flooring or cabinets unlike the ones you just left. Certainly there are lots of opinions out there with regard to interior decorating.

New Year’s Day: Open 10-6

 

Sat. December 2nd: (closed 10-4) Open 4pm-8pm
